Simply Spas dedicated service division - The Spa Doctors are the authorised LA Spas service technicians and we offer unparalleled ongoing support for all of our LA Spa customers. We guarantee that if you have a warranty issue with your LA Spa, we will be at your home within 24 hours Monday - Friday. This means less down time for you and your spa as we carry LA Spas spare parts in our Mobile Service Van. Even if we didn't have the required parts for your spa, LA Spas head office is based in Melbourne so you will never have to wait for parts to be sent from America.

20 YEAR FIBREGLASS SHELL & STRUCTURAL WARRANTY
LA Spas warrants the spa fiberglass shell structure against water loss due to defects in material and/or workmanship for twenty (20) years from the original date of delivery.
7 YEAR ACRYLIC SURFACE WARRANTY
LA Spas warrants the acrylic surface against blisters, cracks or delamination due to defects in material and/or workmanship for seven (7) years from the original date of delivery.
3 YEARS ELECTRICAL PARTS AND LABOUR WARRANTY
LA Spas warrants all standard equipment - electronic control systems, jet pump(s), circulation pump and heater. The spa equipment systems are warranted against failure due to defects in material and/or workmanship for three (3) years on parts and three (3) years on labour from the original date of delivery.
3 YEARS PLUMBING WARRANTY
LA Spas warrants all spa fittings and plumbing against leaks due to defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of three (3) years on parts and three (3) years on labour from the original date of delivery.
2 YEAR SPA COVER WARRANTY
LA Spas warrants the original buyer, the spa cover to be structurally sound and free of defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of two (2) years on vinyl cover and one (1) year on the foam core.
