Filter Pumps: Most Australian manufactured spas use 1 speed or 2 speed pumps to control the heating & filtration cycles of their spas, Signature Spas use a 24 hour circulation pump, which is the most efficient way to run a spa. Some of the many benefits of utilising this type of pump in a spa are:

Spa Base: Our unique, "Thermo-Formed TuffBase" can’t tear as industry standard "ABS" Bases can, it raises the spa off the ground stopping water damage to the cabinet, base and spa equipment. Our TuffBase totally seals the cabinet area of the spa so that rodents can’t enter, as well as reducing potential heat loss which reduces the operating costs. The equipment is mounted in specially designed Mounting Bays rather than on timber boards.

Filtration: For maximum Shell strength & no leaks, the Filters are housed in a Moulded Filter Reservoir featuring an Automatic Height Adjusting Weir Skimmer with a built-in Bromine Dispenser. The 2 x 55 square foot Cartridge Filters (The largest filters in Australia) always have a consistent flow of water so there is never any pump surging, which means longer pump life & more effective filtration. Access is from the top which allows for easy filter removal when cleaning.

Control Equipment: Balboa is the world’s premier manufacturer of Spa Controllers, all Control Panels and LCD Touch Pads feature: 30 Day Battery Back-Up in case of power outs, Set & Forget Temperature Adjusting, Sleep and Economy Mode for reduced running costs, Programmable Filtration & Smart Controller Technology - Automatic reminders when the spa water need balancing or when sanitiser needs to be added for easier maintenance. There are no moving parts in the Touch Pad, which means longer equipment life & less maintenance. The Touch Pad is also filled with a Silicon-like gel that stops all moisture, even water vapour from entering to damage electrical components.

Jet Systems: All Platinum Series 3 models have our exclusive "JetPaks", patented Interchangeable Seat System that offers endless massage combinations making all Platinum Series 3 Spas even more adaptable than before.
