Spa Base: All of our Spas have a totally sealed and insulated Base which ensures that rodents don't enter the cabinet area of the spa & cause damage to wiring & equipment. This also reduces heat loss through the base of the spa which significantly reduces operating costs.

Hydro Pumps: Custom built High Flow 4.8 BHP Pumps are produced by Aqua-Flo, the world’s largest spa pump manufacturer. All Filter Pumps are mounted on thick rubber padding to minimise vibrations, noise & potential leaks.

Control Equipment: Balboa is the world’s premier manufacturer of Spa Controllers and offer many cost saving features, including Sleep & Economy Mode, Programmable Filtration & much more.

Heater Type: Our 3 kW, Stainless Steel Heat Exchange Heater is also by Balboa, offering better performance & longer life compared to our competitors’ Plastic Heaters. Stainless Steel naturally resists damage when water is not properly balanced, while our competitors Teflon Plated Heaters can still corrode from incorrectly balanced water.

Spa Shell: Our Multi-Layer 'Shell' is constructed by using only the best available materials, including Fibreglass, Lucite Acrylic & Vinyl Ester Resin (used in boat building). Only Vinyl Ester Resin reduces the risk of Osmosis (delamination). Our Spa Shell is not chalk filled or plastic (unlike some of our competitors’ spas).

Filtration: 2 x 50 square foot Cartridge Filters are housed in a Skimmer Box featuring a Weir Gate & Removable Debris Tray. The Filters always have a consistent flow of water so there is never any pump surging, which means longer pump life & eficient filtration. Filter access is from the front which allows for easy filter removal when cleaning.

Plumbing: Reinforced, Insulated & Flexible Plumbing is used to ensure even pressure throughout the various seats in the spa, this also increases pump life by reducing back-pressure on pumps. The amount of joins & vibrations are also reduced - less vibrations & fewer joins means less noise, less leaks & less servicing issues for you.

Insulation: 'Closed Cell Foam' is sprayed on the underside of the spa & is crucial for effective insulation, this keeps the heat in the Spa where it's needed. No foam is sprayed over the spas plumbing as problems may arise if servicing is required on the spa.

Cedar Cabinet: Custom crafted from superior grade Western Red Cedar, our 20mm Cabinet Panels are Ultra Violet Light & Anti-Fungal treated to protect the equipment. There are no gaps, creating a Heat Chamber Effect for even more insulation. All door panels are removable for very easy interior access. Non Timber "ETERNAWOOD" Cabinets are also available if required.

Jet Systems: Interchangeable jets apply just the right amount of pressure on specific body areas; patented Neck & Shoulder Massage Jets, Swirl Jets, Pulsating Jets & Duo Jets combine to maximise your Hydrotherapy experience. Jets can be swapped from seat to seat so that you will always enjoy an exhilarating massage.

Headrests: Padded headrests are positioned above the water line to stop water damage, they are grey in colour so they won't discolour with age. ‘Lugs’ are used to attach them to the spa so they don’t float away during use and are very easy to remove for cleaning. Because the male part of the Lug is attached to the headrest rather than on the spa, the headrest can't tear when removing.
